Midas Financial respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. This policy describes how to report claimed copyright infringement on our platform and how we respond to such notices.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on the Midas Financial platform infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated DMCA agent containing the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on our platform (URL or description)
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing: your signature, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was the result of mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court in Oklahoma.

5. Repeat Infringers

Midas Financial will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
